Crossley runner wins gold at OFSAA

E.L. Crossley's Megan Rempel blew away the field to win the midget girls division at the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations cross-country championships at Centennial Park in Etobicoke.

Rempel's time of 10:48 for three kilometres was 19 seconds faster than the second-place runner.

Other top 10 individual results by Niagara runners included A.N. Myer's Michelle Molodynia, fourth in senior girls; Westlane's T.J. Kountourogiannis, eighth in junior boys; and Grimsby's Troy Smith, 10th in junior boys.
